STUDENT AGENCY AGENT TRAINEE IN PORTO
DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
This internship is in an agency which provides support to international people in Porto (students, tourists, etc), in finding a place to stay during their stay in the city. Besides managing an hostel and several appartments, they also provide support by passing information about the city, organizing activities, among others, for all of the international people that visit or leave in Porto.
LOCATION: Porto (Portugal)
DURATION: 3 months
START DATE: As soon as possible

REQUIREMENTS:
– Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
– Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
– Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
– Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
– Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
TASKS:
Update the business partners of all the new emergent issues that can occur during the working day;
Keep in touch with International Relations Departments of the different faculties;
Keep in touch with the students, to inform them about modifications and to know the needs they can have;
Report to the Business partners all the new needs and problems that must be solved;
Organize the incoming or outgoing Students;
Acquire the required contacts for the realization of each project;
To organize the contracts and official documents that are signed between the company and the students;
Check in/out of the Hostel Clients;
Provide assistance and guide the best as possible the guests that are hosted at our Hostels;
To manage the volunteers that cooperate with the company together with supervising the activities organized by them.
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
