Start your career with an internship and experience various aspects of the HR discipline:

Business Account/Site HR: Drive business by developing the organisation and employees to perform at their peak.

Functional HR: Building regional capability for a business function like Marketing or R&D

Practice HR: HR mastery in areas such as: Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee and Labour Relations, etc.

HR Services and Solutions: Deliver employee systems and process excellence

Through your excellent collaboration and influencing skills you will help develop, motivate and reward our people. In order to lead projects you will have to think creatively and at the same time be result oriented.

Location:

P&G is looking for students who are interested in an internship in the UK, Ireland, or Sweden.

You will be able to state a preference on your application form but we do require successful candidates to be location flexible.

Dates & Timings:

10- 12 week internships over the summer period (June to September)

Deadline is 31st March 2015 but you are encouraged to apply early before all spaces are filled.

Qualifications

Looking for – Top talent (BA, university degree) coupled with HR/Behavioral interest/passion- Evidence of passion and achievements in academic or non-academic activities- Leadership/Self starting capabilities, collaboration skills, creativity and strategic analysis- Good command of the English language
