Description:
Our collaborator is a young and dynamic B2B company that allows customers to experience the amazing city of Barcelona through ticket sales of tours and activities. They work with the main attractions of the city including Parc Güell, Sagrada Familia and Casa Batlló. They are also official agents of FC Barcelona. They are looking for young and motivated people to join their team.
Tasks:
– Managing social media accounts
– Customer service online, telephone and in person
– Web editing
– Managing tickets sales
– Managing refunds
– Controlling availability.
– Sales and promotion –
Front desk
Requirements:
– Good level of English
– Spanish would be an advantage
– Positive and proactive, good decision making skills
– Knowledge of HTML and Photoshop would be an advantage but this is not a requirement.
Conditions: – 5 days a week / 8 hours a day – 400€ monthly
