This Autumn  I had a very pleasant internship experience in Mallorca, in a small town called Port de Andratx.  I became a member of Mon Port & La Pérgola & La Portabella aparthotels and I have stayed there for 3 months.

First of all, while I was looking for internship, I set several goals : this internship should provide me an idea about my future studies and will be a cruicial step for my education in pofessional career and expectations about having an unforgettable experience,  comprehend the opportunity of working in an international team, improve  language skills. At this moment then it is over, I can strongly say that I got more than I expected from this internship .During the kitchen chef internship I gained analytical, communication and foreign language skills, practical knowledge  about support of kitchen staff, food procurement, food sanitation and supervision of team work. Together with kitchen chef and manager inspected supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality ordered and maintained inventory of food.

Moreover, I was welcomed with the interest in my culture and professional background that created a warm atmosphere in the workplace and intellectual connection with the colleagues. Therefore, that deepened my shaped understanding of potential workplace in a foreign country and in general.

Futhermore, I want to say Thank You  for giving me the opportunity that openned the doors to see a different life.
