My traineeship experience at LUISS University in Rome

To start with, I have always been highly motivated towards gaining new professional knowledge and towards acquiring new hands-on practices and attitudes in the academia. Thus, being a flexible and communicative PhD graduate student with a wide range of interests, I have always been open to new work experiences and challenges abroad. In addition to this, mastering a number of foreign languages, among which are English and Italian, I have come to the conclusion that the Erasmus+ traineeship for graduates at LUISS University in Rome, Italy, is a perfect selection for my aims.

The duties which I have been implementing at the University have been related to some of the main activities taking place at the University, namely, contribution to arranging scientific seminars and classes, accumulation and processing of the necessary information, ensuring effective work organization, necessary documentation preparation and administration. In addition, I was responsible for some of the tasks, concerning international research programs at the University, specifically, contribution to research and similar arrangements, contribution to fostering international research and development activities.

I feel convinced that the Erasmus+ traineeship for graduates at LUISS University and the knowledge and practical experience acquired during this program have been undoubtedly a useful addition to my future professional career, increasing my work opportunities. Also, staying in Rome undertaking this practice both in the English and Italian languages have greatly benefited my foreign language skills.
